    I just found out about your blog and I am very impressed. For the last 2 years I have been doing research on the land patent and I'm getting ready to put my land patent declaration together. I am in a unique situation were an investor bought my house through short sale and I was able to stay in the house paying him rent. I am now on a month to month basis with him and want to reclaim my land through a land patent. I'm conflicted with the fact that the landlord has color of title at the moment but I believe that I had to short sale under duress. I don't want to cause anyone any financial harm but I slaved and labored for ten years prior to the short sale and realized I had no way to secure my interest until recently. I would really like to work with you on this land patent information.

  2. Thanks for your post re. the land patent. If you have a rental agreement, then you need to sue the person who is the new owner once you perfect your land patent. Land Patent works with Quiet Title.

  3. Please tell me more about the Transmittal Report from the Title Company. I search and I find nothing the like yet.

  4. Yes, I would like to know more about how to request this transmittal report myself. I went to my title company and they had no idea what I was requesting. I've asked for all my documents that were part of the settlement so hopefully it will be in there but I still would like to know how else I can obtain the proof that the bank got paid at my closing

  5. Land Patents are a fraud an by filing one you endanger yourself wiht criminal charges of fraud. Jade Sea is NOT an attorney and taking her advice will only caus eyou to lose your home and your freedom.

  7. I just heard Boris for the first time last night. Just found this site this afternoon!
    My house was for sale through WA bankruptcy court for almost three years. The trustee just closed the case, filed no assets report on 2/13/14 and took the house off the market. No word from the mortgage servicer who took over in September 2013 except for monthly statements. I know that they may start foreclosure any time. I heard Boris say tell about the discharged (?) mortgage, cone by filing a UCC-1 at the hospital and something else...? (I need to listed to the recording again) Are there STEPS written out by Boris or anybody else? Time is ticking. I am looking forward to reading more at this site and listening to Boris and the others! i want to be in the lovely home for a long time! Thank you!
